Project Pathways to Leadership
Brand
Concept: I had the privilege of creating the visual identity for Pathways to Leadership, an organization dedicated to supporting racialized, immigrant, refugee, and undocumented women in achieving their dreams. The project aimed to reflect the organization’s empowering mission to create a more equitable world. ♡
Why: The goal was to help raise awareness about the organization and its services, allowing more women to discover the support available to them. I wanted to ensure their identity stood out, representing their mission and connecting with those who could benefit from their services. ♡
Goal: To increase visibility for the organization, attract more clients, and communicate its mission clearly, creating an inviting and inspiring platform for women in need of support.
Process: The project began with research into the organization’s mission, values, and audience. After finalizing the typography, colors, and overall style, I worked on the logo and branding elements. I then built a website using WordPress, optimizing it for mobile, tablet, and desktop views. The design focused on a clean, professional, and responsive layout, with additional CSS customization to ensure everything functioned smoothly. I handled the image treatment in Photoshop and designed the UI elements in Adobe Illustrator.
Pieces: Branding, Business Card, Website.
Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress.
Additional Notes: The design aimed to capture the essence of empowerment and hope, offering a simple yet effective user experience that helps the organization connect with their target audience.
